Hello, i am french and I mount a C20xe on corsa B gsi but with my F15.

My prob is my F15 rub against the cover clutch.

My flying driving is flat (6kgs). Is necessary a flying driving hollow(9kgs)?

I can't change my F15 because I have bought a special plat clutch for my F15

Can you help me please?????

as far as i know, there is already a thread with exactly the same problem as you have now. its also written in english, so you should understand it. or was the thread written by you? when not, just take a look at the search function, should be found fast

Look at This. It could be possible that it works if you cut off the parts which rub against the cover clutch. That´s my solution:

I couldn´t test it until now but i am sure that it should works. Another solution is to create a spacer which you mount between the engine and the gearbox.

Oh, that´s strange. :roll: What type of cover clutch is it? Is it from the C20XE or from your old engine? My cover clutch is from the C20NE and you can see, that the fixation is somewhere else. Try to use the cover clutch from the C20NE.

But i think that the covers are identical. So you can use the cover from the C20NE where you have other fixation points.

No I have the F13 from the Corsa A GSI. But the problem is the same.

I thought, and many people say so, that you must only work a little bit at the gearbox and it will fit perfectly. The fucking result: I had to buy a new gearbox. :twisted:

With what? But i think that it is not a good solution to work at the gearbox. So i try to find another solution.

lol don't stress man :wink:

the paste is for the hole in motor. She become hard like steel and resists a temperature of 300°

I have to buy it in a store car (norauto http://www.norauto.com/ )

For the gearbox, the result is perfect!

I have to sandpaper and put a little leg to be sure that it don't have there escapes!
