Somehow my original answer was cut... Crappy

That's the missing part of my posting...
Here is a video of my Corsa C20XE, the Tigra is slightly slower due to his higher weight.

I can send you a copy of my car approval tomorrow when you're going to tell me your email-address via private messaging. I'll scan it at work then...
At the moment i just have one of my Corsa on my webspace. If you want to have it, give me a short notice.
GM Norway never will give you some approval papers or something like that. Should be the same thing like in Germany here. The engine didnt fit originally and wasn't sold with a C20XE engine so there wont be any documents for an engine change etc.

Biggest problem when mounting a LET ist the money you have to spend.
I've spent like 5000€ for my C20XE now. This includes nearly everything from the engine itself up to the repair of the cylinder head 3 months ago.
It's like completey new sealed now which i should have done before mounting it if i would go for it again. It's a lot easier to do it when the engine isnt mounted. :P
I also changed the clutch and other things like 6 months ago but as i said, if i would mount a C20XE again i would change all these seals etc. before mounting it. You have to spend the money anway if you're going to drive the car for some time.
The amount of money you have to spend for a decent and running C20LET mounting is like twice as high as for a C20XE. Surely you cant compare the power and torque both engines have, the LET is much more fun, especially the turbo-whistle
As i said, the LET is a lot more expensive than the XE. You can get a transmission for a C20XE for like 100€, if you're going for the 6-course transmission you will have to spend like 600-700€ for one which isn't broken but still not the best
Brakes, intercooler, the turbocharger, the water-cooling, exhausting system etc. all isn't that cheap if you want to mount a LET.
I am using my car everyday so the XE was the cheaper solution for getting some power but you're still kind of fast anyway...

Think I go for a C20XE engine :P
Have not won the lottery yet...
If I can use the papers for the ccorsa on the tigra, yes please send me a copy

I wonder what the insurance company will say when/if I report that I have changed engine :P
Now I just need to find me a C20XE engine and all the other parts that I need....
