Hello, i am french and I mount a C20xe on corsa B gsi but with my F15.

My prob is my F15 rub against the cover clutch.

My flying driving is flat (6kgs). Is necessary a flying driving hollow(9kgs)?

I can't change my F15 because I have bought a special plat clutch for my F15

Can you help me please?????

as far as i know, there is already a thread with exactly the same problem as you have now. its also written in english, so you should understand it. or was the thread written by you? when not, just take a look at the search function, should be found fast

Look at This. It could be possible that it works if you cut off the parts which rub against the cover clutch. That´s my solution:




I couldn´t test it until now but i am sure that it should works. Another solution is to create a spacer which you mount between the engine and the gearbox.

Oh, that´s strange. What type of cover clutch is it? Is it from the C20XE or from your old engine? My cover clutch is from the C20NE and you can see, that the fixation is somewhere else. Try to use the cover clutch from the C20NE.

it's a cover of C20xe yes (SACHS)
