The guy who's car this is bought it at a meeting and does not know who the manufacurer is.

And as you all can see it's a beauty. And so I want to have it to.

No sorry.
i can´t help you. But i´m shure it´s not a rearspoiler from Germany.
The German firms dont´t produce this product for the Tigra. I think so.
But i´m also shure that some other guys can help you and say where you can get this.

when you turn the spoiler around you can see a code in it, maybe there´s the name of the manufacturer too. hope this info helps you..

was sindn das für schweller weis dat einer? und die front, kann man leider schlecht erkennen aber sieht auch mal goil aus.

I think the skirts are modified M3-type skirts, and the front bumper is from mattig.
