Please,help!

Does anyone here speak english?I am from Greece and I would like to ask you many things about modifications I want to do on my car.The problem is that I don't speak german!It's a Corsa C 1.4(not sport) twinport MY2004.Has anyone tested the Irmscher suspension on his Corsa?Is it good?I've been told that it's not too hard.Is this true?It would be nice if you had an English section in this forum...Thanks anyway!

Hello and welcome.

Of course the Irmscher Suspension is one of the best if you just want to get 30mm down. I have this one in my Corsa B and it's perfect. You have enough comfort and you feel that it is a really better feeling while you're driving.

Some other possibilities are Eibach Springs or H&R. They are cheaper and Eibach seems to be nearly Irmscher (the quality of the suspension).

I think you can compare Irmscher and Eibach, they are nearly the same.

KW is one of the best height adjustable suspensions. On second place of your proposals I would take Weitec. FK is not recommendable, it goes more down than they say.

What about the inlet manifold issue?Mantzel,Lexmaul or Dbilas?I've seen there are some topics about these inlet manifolds.Which one is the best?

I have the complete dBilas System in my Corsa B. It is very expensive but i have now 104 HP (Base --> 65 HP Corsa B). I have more modifications, only the dbilas kit: 25 HP more! There is a real kick up to 3500 Upm! Highspeed plus 15 km/h.

I have also the Weitec high adjustable kit: It has the same specifications like the KW (both are from the same producer. In swiss they have the same Support Center) Its very sportiv but also confortabel. Its not really hard.

FK is hard and the quality is often bad, very bad...

Sorry: The dbilas kit is the most expensive, but you get the most HP. Because the kit has an software chip for your car management!
Lexmaul and Mantzel are only hardware products.

(It's a typical German mistake, because many Germans use "to become" for "bekommen" instead of "to get" 8).)

For so long, I can agree with dbilascorsa. But dbilas also offers a turbo kit for the 1.4 wich brings your engine to ap. 200HP. They don't have it at their website because it's quite new. Originally it's developed for the old 90PS 1.4 ecotec engine. But I would give it a try and call dbilas for more information.

I know about the turbo kit!They sell it here in Greece!But I believe 200hp is too much for this car!140-150hp is enough!Does anyone know the cost of installing a Z18XE on a 1,4 Corsa C?I have also been told that with the Bilas manifold the car loses acceleration at low rpm and gives its best after 5000rpm!Is this true?
