140-150 HP is difficult. Because manifold system, camshafts, sport exhaust, air-intake, and chip brings you up to 130 HP maximum! And it's very expensive...

And this combination probably steal power under 3000 rpm. Because the camshafts are accelarats the car between 4000 to 7000 rpm.

To install a Z18XE isn't a good idea! It's cheaper to buy a complete Corsa C GSI 1.8. But you must sell your 1.4...

I talk about 140-150hp from a Z18XE engine!Here in Greece this conversion costs about 3000-4000 euros.I think it's much more value for money than installing all the things you say(manifold,camshafts,etc).All these cost about 5000euros!!!
Anyway,I'm thinking to put the steinmetz air filter!Is it good?Will it do any difference?

A new air intake system (K&N, Green Twister,...) makes more sound, but you won't get more power.

.. in most cases the filter kit brings nothing, but maybe a little more sound. If you really want to power up your Corsa consider to get yourself a 1.8L engine and start over to tweak it. To get the maximum possible out of a car it's a good idea to have the most appropriate basis to build upon. And that's the Z18XE...

Something else now...I believe you all know that the Corsa C sport and Gsi have different gear lever than the other editions of Corsa C.This one is sorter and with different gear knob.My Corsa is not the sport one so I want to put the gear lever from the sport.Does anyone know how much will this cost?

When you get your gear box right from your Opel dealer it will cost about 2000 Euro. You might get some rebate when you leave your old gear box there. Some sort of exchange then. The gear box you're looking for is probably the F17W355. Take a look at eBay. Sometimes people offer these for about 700 Euro. I wouldn't get myself a used gear box with > 70000km mileage.

You say you have a Corsa C 1.4 Twinport (90 HP), i haven't understand that you will tune up a Z18XE. I have thougt you mean the 1.4 engine.

You need the engine (Z18XE), the manifold system, camshafts, and a chip for your software managenment. Also you will a gear box from the GSI. Hey, it's cheaper to buy a 2.0 engine with real 150 HP.

You need also the rear axle with disc brakes!

I can't believe that you have a 1.4 Twinport (MY 2004)...
why have you bought it? There also Corsa 1.8 GSI with (MY 2004)!

I guess a 2.0L engine is impossible in a Corsa C due to insufficient exhaust gas standards... correct me if I'm going wrong.

Sorry guys,you misunderstood me!I have a Corsa C 1,4 twinport!I didn't buy the 1,8 because I didn't have the money!So now,I look for ways to improve the performance of my car and that's why I am asking for Bilas,1,8 conversion etc!But first of all I will try to improve the handling of my car since it's not the sport edition and deffinitely needs lowering and ways to get extra grip!So I'm planing to get the Irmscher suspension and a kit of H&R swaybars!And I must replace my Pirelli P6000 since they are horrible!!!
About the gear lever,I only want to replace the gear lever!Not all the gearbox!!!
