which engine ? 1.4 or 1.6 litre 16valve ?
And should it be chiptuning for a stock engine, or for a modificated version ?!
Spontaneously EDS-Motorsport comes to my mind...
I'm sure there a better chiptuners out there, but EDS seems to do a good job for the money they demand. ( the website says 250 €uro for 8 ps/bhp and some more torque )
And I think they do an individual modification of the motor-managment during a dyno-run, and don't just do a stock tuning.
have a look:

to find somewhere as x14xe and x16xe tuning, under "saugmotor benzin tuning" or something...
