Shockabsorbers for corsa C 2004

Who can tell me where to find sport-schockabsorbers for my corsa c 2004 1,8 ? I want a quality absorber like Apex, Bilstein or Koni.
Does anyone know where to buy them and what the price would be... ? It seems to be a problem in holland to get some....

Another good manufacturer is KAYABA. I bought 4 dampers (front and rear) for 160€. They a stiffer than the originals. They are gas dampers and with the KAW springs they do a good job even on the track. And they are cheaper than Bilstein, Koni,...

Onno: Ever tried to purchase directly from the manufactorers websites? Example for doing so are my KW shocks and springs. (adjustable sports kit). 768€ when I ordered, but that was back in 2004.

kannst du da mal etwas mehr zu sagen? Hört sich ganz interessant an. Wo hast du gekauft, wie ist das Fahrberhalten auf kurviger und sauf schlechter Fahrbahn? Sind die Dämpfer gekürzt - also geeignet für gekürzte federn .... ok hast ja KAW .

Also, die KYB sind echt klasse, mit denen fährt sich der Corsa wie ein Fzg. das ein richtiges Sportfahrwerk hat. Ist recht straff, aber mit Restkomfort, Qualität liegt auf OEM Niveau. KYB ist in Asien vergleichbar mit Bilstein hier.
Bei D&W Repair bekommt man die Dämpfer für etwa 160€ (alle 4) und das ist für ein 2-Rohr Gasdämpfer System echt ein guter Preis.
Also ich bin sehr zufrieden und der Dämpfer braucht von der Qualität und Fahrbarkeit keinen Vergleich mit dem B4 von Bilstein zu scheuen.

Ja, ich fahre noch Corsa, manchmal, wenn nicht Astra :-D

klingt ja ganz optimistisch. Haben die dämpfer auch eine bezeichnung ? Bzw. sind das gekürzte dämpfer extra tür kürzere federn?Ich hab nämlich die 35mmH&R federn drin und da wollte ich schon gekürzte dämpfer holen.

I mounted the Eibach 30mm springs. The oem absorbers can't really manage the forces and are wearing out...
The Kayaba are shortenend ?

The KYB are gas dampers which are 10% stiffer so you can't really compare the length with the OEM oil dampers, but with my 40/30 KAW they work well.
